Griet Vanneste
Managing Partner
Griet Vanneste completed her Master in Economics at the University of Ghent (distinction) and an MBA/LLM in Law & Economics (great distinction). Griet started her career at BNP Paribas Fortis as Relationship Manager in 2005 for international corporates and strengthened this experience as Senior Corporate Relationship Manager at the Spanish bank Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria. After 8 years in banking, she decided to combine her experience of understanding business drivers and people. She took a turn… and started her career in the selection and recruitment sector in 2013. During 4 years she focused purely on executive search for finance profiles.
She decided to leverage her background and entrepreneurial passion in 2017 and go the extra mile in Executive Search and Interim Management as co-founder of Taking Turns.

Florence Debusschere
Managing Partner
Florence Debusschere holds a Master in Applied Economics and a Master after Master in Tax at the University of Leuven. She started her career as Corporate Tax Consultant at Deloitte and specialized in Transfer Pricing at PwC. Seeking a new challenge, she decided to switch careers and started the interim management division for an American stock quoted company in 2008. Looking to broaden her skill set, Florence accepted the role of Senior International Talent Manager at Alpro in 2015. But her entrepreneurial mindset was even stronger…
As a co-founder of Taking Turns, Florence returns to her roots and passion which is “connecting with people and businesses”.
