You work closely with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and company culture. Additionally, you build and maintain a strong network of experienced interim managers, ensuring the successful matching of the right candidates to these interim roles.

Office manager

As Office Manager, you ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the company by coordinating administrative processes, supporting colleagues across different departments, and creating a structured and welcoming work environment. You work closely with management, employees, and external partners while managing a wide variety of operational, HR-related, and organizational responsibilities. In this role, you are the central point of contact within the office, combining strong organizational skills with a proactive, service-oriented, and hands-on mindset.
